- We do not have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
4.2 Donation Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Razorpay and/or Walfajr Foundation. This confirmation serves as a receipt for your donation. Tax exemption certificates (under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, where applicable) will be issued as per our standard practices and may take up to 15 business days.
4.3 Donor Acknowledgement
All donations are voluntary and non‑refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy (see Section 10). You acknowledge that we may use your donation for any of our charitable activities, and we are not obligated to use it for a specific purpose unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
4.4 Recurring Donations
If you opt for recurring donations, you authorise Walfajr Foundation to charge your nominated payment method at the chosen interval (monthly, quarterly, etc.) until you cancel. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by logging into your donor account or by contacting us directly. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.
5. Registration and User Accounts
To apply for scholarships, medical aid, or other assistance programmes, you may need to register for an account on our website. When you register, you agree to:

- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
